  • • Are you a data-driven digital marketing maestro with a passion for driving measurable growth? Scale Army is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Growth Specialist to spearhead the digital search and social advertising efforts for a market-leading manufacturer of innovative building materials and integrated shower solutions.
  • • This is a unique opportunity to transition a performance marketing function from an external agency to an in-house powerhouse, giving you significant ownership and impact. You will be instrumental in shaping the company's digital strategy, enhancing organic visibility, and expanding its commercial reach across both consumer (DIY) and professional (B2B) markets.
  • • As the SEO Growth Specialist, you will own the entire paid media ecosystem, meticulously managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Your primary focus will be on optimizing campaigns for high-intent DIY search traffic, ensuring a consistent and effective always-on presence, while also developing targeted LinkedIn campaigns for architects, developers, and project managers in the commercial hospitality sector.
  • • You will be responsible for executing advanced audience segmentation, conducting in-depth keyword research, and implementing sophisticated retargeting strategies that align with the entire renovation customer journey. This involves a deep understanding of platform-specific messaging and a keen eye for optimizing ad creative and copy to resonate with diverse audience segments.
  • • Beyond paid media, you will dive deep into SEO and organic growth. This includes conducting comprehensive technical SEO audits to pinpoint and resolve issues related to site speed, crawl errors, and keyword cannibalization. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to refine product and category pages, optimizing them for both lifestyle-driven and specification-driven search queries.
  • • A forward-thinking aspect of this role involves optimizing content for emerging AI-driven search platforms and Large Language Model (LLM) search environments, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve in search engine evolution. You will also work cross-functionally to develop keyword-driven blog content, engaging motion graphics, and compelling video assets that significantly boost organic visibility.
  • • Performance and margin management are critical components of this role. You will diligently monitor campaign profitability using margin-based metrics, with a specific focus on MOAZ (Margin Over Acquisition), while also tracking key performance indicators like ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition). Effective conversion tracking and analytics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) are essential, as you will identify conversion funnel issues and propose data-backed landing page improvements or A/B testing initiatives to drive continuous performance enhancements.
  • • You will implement a structured four-week performance review cycle, ensuring agile budget reallocation towards the highest-performing campaigns and strategies. This data-centric approach will be key to maximizing marketing ROI and achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • • Cross-departmental collaboration is vital for success. You will work hand-in-hand with the Sales and Business Development teams to rigorously evaluate the quality of leads generated through digital campaigns, providing feedback to refine targeting and messaging. Close coordination with the Director of Marketing will ensure digital initiatives are seamlessly aligned with the overall brand strategy and product launch timelines.
  • • Furthermore, you will liaunt with the Social Media and 3D Design teams to request and refine creative assets essential for campaign performance, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
  • • This role is fully remote, offering flexibility to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. However, it requires availability during U.S. business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) to effectively support U.S.-based clients and collaborate with the team.
