📋 Description

• We're looking for an SEO manager to lead our SEO channel and drive growth through search engine optimization.
• As an SEO manager, you'll be responsible for owning Sintra's SEO strategy, execution, and reporting, and will be accountable for SEO as a growth channel.
• You'll dominate AI-related keywords, identify and close ranking gaps against competitors, and build and manage a content pipeline optimized for search.
• You'll also optimize existing content, site architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO to compound growth over time.
• In addition, you'll ensure Sintra surfaces prominently in AI-powered search tools and answer engines, not just traditional Google results.
• You'll track rankings, traffic, and revenue contribution, and use that data to decide what gets built next.
• You'll work closely with our writers to produce pages that rank and convert, and will be comfortable moving fast and prioritizing ruthlessly to ship results.
• You'll be proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Console, and Screaming Frog, and will have a strong understanding of both technical SEO and content-driven SEO.
• Experience optimizing for AI search surfaces (SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity) is a big plus.
• As an SEO manager, you'll be a key member of our growth team and will play a critical role in driving Sintra's growth through search engine optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning SEO as a channel, with measurable ranking and traffic wins to show for it
• Deep knowledge of the AI tools and SaaS keyword landscape
• Strong understanding of both technical SEO and content-driven SEO
• Experience optimizing for AI search surfaces (SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity) is a big plus
