📋 Description

• As an SEO Onboarding Representative at Jane Technologies, you will lead the scaling of SEO services across a portfolio of 300+ clinics, transforming individual site optimization into a systematic, high-impact program that drives real bookings for healthcare practitioners.
• You will own complex client escalations, identify strategic patterns across the clinic portfolio, improve internal workflows and documentation, and coach junior SEO Representatives to elevate team performance and consistency.
• You will join Jane’s Marketing Services team—a specialized unit embedded within a healthcare SaaS platform—dedicated to delivering SEO, Google Ads, Social, and Website services exclusively to clinics using Jane’s software, where your work directly impacts patient access and practice growth.
• In this role, you will develop leadership and systems-thinking skills, become the first escalation point for SEO issues, and gain deep experience in scaling SEO operations within a mission-driven, high-growth tech environment focused on helping healthcare providers thrive.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated results in local or technical SEO, including strong command of website architecture, information hierarchy, heading structure, and on-page fundamentals.
• Deep working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs (or similar tools), and Google Business Profile optimization, with the ability to derive insights quickly and independently.
• Proven experience in a leadership or training capacity, having mentored or upskilled junior team members without sacrificing personal productivity.
• Experience managing SEO at a multi-site or portfolio scale, with genuine enthusiasm for expanding impact from a few clients to hundreds.
• Clear, confident communication skills, especially the ability to translate technical SEO strategy into actionable language for clinic owners; healthcare or clinical environment experience is a meaningful differentiator.
