📋 Description

• As an SEO Specialist at Jane Technologies, you will own complex client escalations and serve as the first point of contact between SEO Representatives and the Platform Lead, ensuring high-quality client relationships and proactive issue resolution.
• You will manage and optimize SEO performance across a portfolio of 300+ clinics, identifying strategic patterns and scaling improvements that drive real-world impact for healthcare practitioners.
• You will improve internal systems, workflows, and documentation for the SEO team, elevating consistency and operational excellence across the program.
• You will coach and upskill junior SEO Representatives through knowledge sharing and hands-on guidance, raising the technical capability of the entire team.
• You will translate technical SEO insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clinic owners, particularly in healthcare settings, helping them improve online visibility and patient bookings.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated results in local or technical SEO, including strong command of website architecture, on-page fundamentals, and information hierarchy.
• Deep working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs (or similar tools), and Google Business Profile optimization, with the ability to derive insights quickly and independently.
• Proven experience in a leadership or training capacity, having mentored or developed junior team members without sacrificing personal productivity.
• Experience managing SEO at scale across multi-site or portfolio environments (e.g., 100+ sites), with enthusiasm for expanding impact across hundreds of clients.
• Clear, confident communication skills, especially in translating SEO strategy into language that non-technical healthcare clinic owners can understand and act on.
