📋 Description

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to resolve crawlability, indexing, site speed, and performance issues across multiple legal and AI-focused web properties.
• Optimize site architecture, internal linking structures, and metadata to strengthen technical SEO foundations.
• Perform keyword research across legal, AI, and related markets to identify high-value ranking opportunities and content gaps.
• Build content roadmaps aligned with business goals and search intent, collaborating with content creators and AI-assisted content workflows.
• Optimize landing pages, blog content, and key site pages by improving title tags, meta descriptions, headers, schema markup, and content structure while maintaining user experience.
• Analyze competitor websites, rankings, backlink profiles, and content strategies to identify opportunities for gaining market share.
• Monitor industry trends and search algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies proactively.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and GA4.
• Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations to leadership based on performance data and business impact analysis.
• Measure ROI of SEO initiatives and prioritize efforts based on measurable growth outcomes.
• Develop and execute long-term SEO and content strategies to improve domain authority and organic acquisition across multiple web properties.
• Support ongoing optimization initiatives across multiple websites and domains simultaneously.
• Maintain strong technical SEO foundations while identifying and mitigating SEO risks across all properties.
• Utilize SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to inform strategy and execution.
• Apply understanding of backlink strategies and authority-building initiatives to enhance search visibility.
• Work within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a results-focused mindset and emphasis on measurable growth.
• Operate during U.S. business hours (EST) to align with client time zones and support U.S.-based legal technology clients.
• Communicate SEO performance and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership.
• Demonstrate a highly organized, detail-oriented approach and ability to manage priorities independently.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of SEO experience with proven organic growth results
• Experience managing SEO for competitive industries and multiple websites or domains simultaneously
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
• Experience developing and executing SEO content strategies aligned with business goals
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours (EST)
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with a focus on measurable growth outcomes
