📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall search visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
• Optimize website content, metadata, titles, descriptions, and site structure in alignment with SEO best practices to enhance discoverability and user experience.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential terms and implement on-page SEO improvements that drive traffic and engagement.
• Run A/B tests on key website elements including page titles, meta descriptions, call-to-action buttons, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Analyze A/B test results to refine SEO and content strategies based on data-driven performance insights.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends, content gaps, keyword opportunities, and positioning strategies of top-ranking competitors.
• Monitor competitor SEO tactics, including backlink profiles, keyword usage, and content themes, to inform and adjust optimization efforts.
• Optimize website content and technical architecture for AI-powered search platforms, including GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and LLM-driven search experiences.
• Leverage AI tools to support keyword research, content generation, search intent analysis, and visibility improvements across emerging search technologies.
• Track and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-standard tools.
• Monitor KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversion metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare clear, actionable reporting and optimization recommendations for stakeholders based on performance data and market trends.
• Maintain technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture to identify and resolve SEO-impaired elements such as crawl errors, broken links, or poor mobile rendering.
• Manage multiple SEO projects independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while adhering to U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align SEO initiatives with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent optimization across digital channels.
• Stay current on evolving search engine algorithms, AI search trends, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge in organic visibility strategies.
• Support the company’s long-term digital growth by shaping search optimization practices that integrate traditional SEO with next-generation AI search technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving rankings and driving organic traffic
• Experience with SEO tools including Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics
• Experience with A/B testing, competitive analysis, and SEO performance reporting
• Exposure to AI search optimization and emerging search technologies such as GEO, AEO, and LLM search
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and website architecture
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
