  • • Deliver Premium-level Search and Generative Engine Optimization (SEO/GEO) services to Dealer.com subscribers by analyzing website performance data including traffic, rankings, keyword/prompt visibility, conversion rates, bounce rates, and form submissions.
  • • Create client-facing reports that articulate the value of the Premium SEO/GEO program, detailing key performance metrics, impact of prior strategies, site challenges, solutions, opportunities, content strategy, and completed work with contextual analysis.
  • • Improve local SEO presence for clients by executing proven local SEO tactics, managing and optimizing Google Business Pages, and reporting on KPIs such as local visibility, views, and interactions.
  • • Conduct market and competitive research, webpage optimization, Google My Business optimization, and analytics analysis on demand to support client goals and address immediate requests.
  • • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Dealer Marketing Managers, SEO Copywriters, Performance Managers, Campaign Coordinators, and Social Coordinators to align SEO/GEO strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives.
  • • Participate in monthly client calls to provide technical support, reinforce the value of Dealer.com’s SEO programs, and help retain clients by addressing concerns or potential cancellations.
  • • Implement white hat SEO/GEO tactics to enhance client site performance and key performance indicators, optimizing custom content and pages based on site analytics, dealer needs, and strategic marketing direction.
  • • Utilize third-party tools such as SEMrush, Moz Pro, Google Search Console, Google Trends, Local Falcon, Copyscape, Majestic SEO, SEOGets, and DBA Platform to identify site opportunities, track performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • • Troubleshoot negative trends in KPIs and search/generative engine visibility, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions with guidance as needed.
  • • Continuously expand SEO/GEO knowledge through team knowledge share sessions, office hours, and continuing education opportunities, proactively addressing implications of search algorithm changes and AI-driven shifts in search results.
  • • Mentor and provide advice to newer members of the SEO team, offering training and guidance to support team growth and consistency in service delivery.
  • • Maintain accurate documentation of all optimization work completed and ensure alignment with client goals and internal reporting standards.
  • • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and performance expectations across a diverse portfolio.
  • • Apply basic HTML knowledge to implement on-page optimizations and assist with content structure improvements on client websites.
  • • Utilize Microsoft Office suite for report creation, data organization, and internal communication.
  • • Adhere to company policies and maintain compliance with federal and state laws regarding workplace conduct and drug-free environment standards.
