📋 Description

• As an SEO Strategist at Onhires Inc., you will play a critical role in driving organic growth and measurable business impact for international clients by combining deep technical expertise with strategic content planning.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive technical SEO audits, optimizing site architecture and performance, building keyword cluster maps focused on bottom-of-funnel intent, performing SERP and competitor analysis, developing content outlines, managing 3–5 client projects simultaneously, delivering monthly performance reports, and leveraging AI tools to automate research and strategy workflows.
• You will join a fast-growing international SEO agency that values innovation, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration across global teams, operating in a fully remote environment with flexible hours aligned to your local timezone.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical SEO and AI-enhanced content strategy, lead complex multi-client initiatives, refine your analytical and reporting skills, and contribute directly to client revenue growth — positioning yourself as a strategic partner in the evolving search landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with agency background preferred
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO audits, diagnostics, and solutioning
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency with SEO tools including Ahrefs, Semrush, and ScreamingFrog
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and MCPs/Connectors for automation
• Skilled in analyzing large datasets from Google Search Console and Google Analytics
