📋 Description

• The SEON Specialist role at White Technology Group LLC is critical to ensuring the effectiveness of antifraud solutions within the company’s fintech product suite, directly impacting risk decisioning, user experience, and business scalability in the financial ecosystem.
• Day to day, the specialist will develop deep expertise in SEON’s capabilities, design and validate antifraud logic, test integrations, analyze fraud metrics, and collaborate across product, risk, compliance, and engineering teams to optimize risk controls while maintaining conversion.
• White Technology Group LLC is a remote-first technology company providing white-label and SaaS solutions for EMI, PSP, e-commerce, and open banking platforms, serving clients across Europe and beyond with a focus on innovation, scalability, and seamless integration in the financial sector.
• In this role, the person will gain end-to-end ownership of antifraud system effectiveness, develop strategic thinking in risk vs. UX trade-offs, master SEON as a core product component, and grow into a trusted advisor on fraud prevention strategy with measurable impact on key metrics like fraud rate and false positives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a QA Engineer, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in fintech, payments, iGaming, or fraud/risk domains
• Hands-on experience with SEON (or similar antifraud solutions)
• Understanding of fraud prevention and risk scoring, API integrations, and payment or onboarding business processes
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
