📋 Description

• As a Service Area Manager at Nadara Holding B.S.C. (c), you will be responsible for the day-to-day service ownership and act as the main operational interface with different departments, ensuring service, QHSE, performance, and continuous improvement of Wind Farms across France, Belgium, and the UK, based in France.
• You will manage all resources within the countries where the Wind Farms are located, oversee service teams’ performance and efficiency, ensure Wind Farms operate smoothly, quickly, efficiently, and safely, comply with defined KPIs and company procedures, support reporting and ERP systems, work closely with other departments, and handle budget preparation, control, and cost optimisation.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrotechnical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the renewable energy sector
• Solid understanding of maintenance processes and knowledge of wind farms operation and maintenance
• Fluent French and English; Spanish is a plus
• Experience in ERP or similar platforms and ability to manage budgets and control costs
