- • The Service Center Operations Leader plans, organizes, leads, controls, and coordinates service delivery in hazard outsourcing at a remote service center, maintaining client relations and managing multiple clients or multi-functional units requiring specialized knowledge while providing leadership to many associates.
- • Day-to-day duties include developing short and long-term goals with senior management, administering operating budgets, formulating and implementing policies, managing supervisory staff, participating in hiring and HR processes, establishing performance standards, delegating responsibilities, developing workflow patterns, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing training programs, managing inbound call volumes and staffing, handling escalated customer issues, fostering supervisor development through coaching and feedback, leading new client implementations, serving as an outsourcing liaison for multiple clients, ensuring workspace and equipment adequacy, participating in safety and disaster recovery committees, cultivating cross-functional relationships, investigating complaints, facilitating client meetings, staying current in hazard insurance developments, and directing report preparation and analysis.
