We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.
  • • Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.
  • • As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will operate at the core of execution for our Professional Services organization—ensuring that the foundational systems, processes, and workflows that power service delivery are accurate, efficient, and reliable. You will be responsible for maintaining operational hygiene across scheduling, financial tracking, and data systems, enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale. In this role, you will engage directly with both internal stakeholders, customers, and third parties serving as a key point of coordination and communication.

  • • Hold Onboarding and Technical Kick Off Calls with customers to ensure deployment readiness post sales.

  • • Maintain and manage PSO calendars, ensuring accurate visibility into upcoming work, milestones, and deliverables.
  • • Drive data hygiene across systems of record (e.g., CRM, project tracking tools, financial systems), ensuring accuracy and completeness of work orders, project records, and customer data.
  • • Monitor active work and proactively identify risks, gaps, or delays—escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines.
  • • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Delivery) to ensure alignment across scheduling, financials, and execution.
  • • Support escalation management by gathering context, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of blockers.
  • • Act as a primary point of contact for both internal teams and customers, providing updates, clarifying expectations, and ensuring alignment throughout engagements.
  • • Contribute to process consistency by maintaining documentation and supporting standardized workflows and reporting.
  • • 2–4+ years of experience in coordination, operations, project support, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with external stakeholders.
  • • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • • Experience supporting scheduling, project coordination, and financial tracking (POs/invoices).
  • • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency.
  • • Ability to identify issues early and escalate effectively with clear communication.
  • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • • Proficiency in common business systems (e.g., CRM platforms, project management tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools).
  • • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in an evolving, high-growth environment.
  • • Experience computer network implementation, encompassing systems software, applications software, hardware, and configuration management.
