- • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality, cost-effective transformer service projects in alignment with company processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- • Manage multiple service projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, overseeing all aspects including costings, procurement, budget control, resource allocation, and supply chain management.
- • Ensure all project activities remain on schedule, within budget, and meet established quality estimates by developing, monitoring, and reviewing project progress.
- • Maintain strategic responsibility for commercial, financial, contractual, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) implications across all project deliverables.
- • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Tendering Team to support business growth and identify new opportunities within the transformer service market.
- • Deliver exceptional customer service by cultivating transparent, solution-driven relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify expectations and mitigate challenges.
- • Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration across departments.
- • Translate complex technical details into clear, actionable communication for customers and colleagues at all organizational levels.
- • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and industry-specific safety and quality standards.
- • Manage site reporting and coordinate field activities to ensure seamless execution of transformer service projects.
- • Apply expert knowledge of transformer systems and service operations to drive project success and operational efficiency.
- • Contribute to the strategic growth of the Transformer Service division by delivering reliable, high-value outcomes that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
