📋 Description

• Responsible for selling service products to designated customers and industries within the region.
• Proactively identify and understand customer needs to promote and sell products or solutions to existing or new customers and partners.
• Introduce new products to customers and provide detailed explanations of their features and benefits.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and responsive service.
• Build and sustain long-term, positive relationships with key clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Perform effective customer management by identifying and nurturing potential sales opportunities among both existing and new customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and consultations to align service offerings with evolving customer requirements.
• Collaborate internally with technical and support teams to ensure accurate product information and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients, conduct site visits, and participate in industry events or demonstrations.
• Work during standard daytime hours with a full-time weekly schedule and no fixed end date for the position.
• Operate in a remote capacity while being based in Beijing, China, with flexibility to engage with clients across the region.
• Leverage technical knowledge of chromatography and mass spectrometry to provide informed recommendations and tailored solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional development through ongoing learning and skill enhancement.
• Maintain a strong focus on achieving sales targets while upholding Agilent’s standards for customer service and ethical business practices.
• Represent Agilent Technologies with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions and communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in chemistry, food science, environmental science, pharmaceuticals, biology, or related fields
• Graduated in 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 with foundational knowledge of chromatography and mass spectrometry
• Proven experience using related analytical instruments or products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated self-motivation and commitment to continuous learning and personal development
