📋 Description

  • • The Service Specialist Technician - MTM role at Prime Therapeutics is a purpose-driven position focused on connecting members with essential Medication Therapy Management services, directly supporting improved health outcomes and medication safety for beneficiaries across multiple lines of business, including Medicare.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving inbound and making outbound calls to eligible members to schedule MTM clinician interventions, documenting member and medication information in Prime’s MTM system, assessing beneficiary needs to ensure appropriate pharmacist follow-up, conducting outreach to pharmacies for contact verification, triaging member inquiries by routing calls to appropriate departments, and maintaining accurate records in systems such as MSA Toolbox and RX Claim.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High School Diploma or GED required
  • • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and active listening
  • • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general system operations, including workflow and case management tools
  • • Ability to maintain a suitable home office setup meeting Prime’s remote work standards (dedicated workspace, reliable internet, ergonomic chair and desk)
  • • Strong organizational abilities with capacity to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • • Knowledge of government healthcare programs, particularly Medicare, is preferred
