- • Your primary objective will be to ensure that new dental equipment is installed to the highest possible standard, adhering strictly to manufacturer specifications and pre-agreed customer drawings and site requirements.
- • This role involves a hands-on approach, utilizing a range of tools for assembly, fixing, electrical wiring, and plumbing to integrate equipment effectively into existing or new practice setups.
- • A key responsibility is to meticulously test and verify the correct functioning of all installed equipment, performing checks for leaks, unusual noises, and other operational anomalies to guarantee optimal performance.
- • You will be expected to install secondary devices and components, ensuring they integrate flawlessly with the primary equipment, contributing to a comprehensive and fully functional dental solution.
- • Delivering total customer satisfaction is paramount; this will be achieved by meticulously following all installation instructions and ensuring the equipment operates as expected.
- • Beyond the technical installation, you will be responsible for demonstrating the installed equipment to the customer, ensuring they fully understand its operation and are completely satisfied with its capabilities.
- • Maintaining a professional and tidy work environment is essential; you must leave customer sites clean and organized after completing the installation.
- • You will act as a brand ambassador for Henry Schein at all times, conducting yourself in a manner that encourages customers to engage in future business, fostering strong client relationships.
- • Effective communication and collaboration are vital; you will liaunt with the Installation Supervisor, Sales Representatives, and the customer to proactively resolve any unclear issues or potential challenges during the installation process.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all installations, company equipment, tools, vehicle, and mobile phone is a mandatory aspect of the role, ensuring accountability and efficient asset management.
- • The role may also involve undertaking cabinetry modifications and performing manufacturers' warranty work, requiring adaptability and a broad skill set.
- • You will be instrumental in ensuring that our cutting-edge dental technology is deployed efficiently and effectively, directly impacting the operational success and patient care capabilities of our valued customers.
