📋 Description

• The Service Technician II role at Solenis LLC is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of chemical dosing systems for clients across Mexico, directly supporting product performance, customer satisfaction, and operational reliability through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting route inspections of chemical dosing systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, collecting and analyzing client system samples, adjusting chemical dosages, verifying product inventory levels, ensuring equipment cleanliness and conservation, reporting results via technical documentation, supporting action and improvement plans, adhering to Solenis and client safety protocols, aligning activities with client needs, evaluating field and lab results for routine decision-making, assisting in technical report data collection, communicating product application details to clients, implementing action plans with technical support, participating in client meetings, training junior personnel and client operators, managing sample logistics for lab analysis, and contributing to equipment installation and dosing line assembly projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical vocational degree or equivalent in mechanics, electronics, industrial maintenance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, preferably in chemical dosing or water treatment systems
• Proficiency in conducting laboratory sample analysis and interpreting results to adjust chemical dosages
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, safety procedures, and client-specific work instructions
• Strong communication skills for training client operators and junior staff, and for clear reporting in Spanish
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client site visits
