📋 Description

• Manage a designated territory conducting food safety and sanitation audits for retail accounts, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Service, install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical dispensing equipment, including ware wash platforms, to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Train customer associates on the proper use of Solenis products, sanitation systems, and food safety procedures to promote compliance and operational efficiency.
• Identify sanitation violations and recommend corrective actions to customers’ Quality Assurance teams or management to uphold cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Drive sales growth by performing inventory assessments and providing solution-oriented service recommendations during customer visits.
• Respond to customer service calls promptly to resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness, security, and proper condition of assigned company equipment, vehicle, and property, adhering to internal reporting protocols.
• Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with retail customers to ensure retention and partnership growth.
• Perform administrative duties including documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping related to audits, equipment service, and customer interactions.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, to service assigned accounts across the designated territory.
• Lift and maneuver equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required during site visits and installations.
• Ensure all activities align with Solenis’s commitment to quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in food safety or sanitation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to travel 50% (minimum overnight travel required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• NEHA CP-FS certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment
