- • Manage a designated territory conducting food safety and sanitation audits for retail accounts, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- • Service, install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical dispensing equipment, including ware wash platforms, to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- • Train customer associates on the proper use of Solenis products, sanitation systems, and food safety procedures to promote compliance and operational efficiency.
- • Identify sanitation violations and recommend corrective actions to customers’ Quality Assurance teams or management to uphold cleanliness and food safety standards.
- • Drive sales growth by performing inventory assessments and providing solution-oriented service recommendations during customer visits.
- • Respond to customer service calls promptly to resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- • Maintain the cleanliness, security, and proper condition of assigned company equipment, vehicle, and property, adhering to internal reporting protocols.
- • Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with retail customers to ensure retention and partnership growth.
- • Perform administrative duties including documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping related to audits, equipment service, and customer interactions.
- • Travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, to service assigned accounts across the designated territory.
- • Lift and maneuver equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required during site visits and installations.
- • Ensure all activities align with Solenis’s commitment to quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 2+ years of experience in food safety or sanitation
- • Valid Driver’s License
- • Ability to travel 50% (minimum overnight travel required)
- • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- • NEHA CP-FS certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment
