- • Serve as a ServiceNow Architect leading the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow platforms for enterprise clients across diverse industries.
- • Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate them into scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and other modules.
- • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from requirements gathering and architecture design through configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
- • Design and enforce architectural best practices, governance standards, and reusable components to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across ServiceNow instances.
- • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems including ERP, CRM, identity providers, and data warehouses using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- • Mentor and guide junior developers, consultants, and implementation teams on ServiceNow best practices, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), and platform capabilities.
- • Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend innovations that enhance client outcomes.
- • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to define scope, manage expectations, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- • Conduct technical reviews, code audits, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with client policies.
- • Document architectural decisions, system workflows, configuration details, and integration specifications for knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
- • Participate in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and technical proposal development to support business growth.
- • Ensure all ServiceNow implementations adhere to industry standards such as ITIL, ISO 27001, and GDPR where applicable.
- • Act as the primary technical authority on ServiceNow within client engagements, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues.
- • Coordinate with ServiceNow partner teams and vendor support to resolve platform-specific challenges and leverage official support channels effectively.
- • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate processes, reduce technical debt, and enhance user experience within ServiceNow.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with minimum 5+ years implementing and customizing ServiceNow platforms
- • Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and Security Operations
- • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ServiceNow platform APIs
- • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, and other enterprise integration methods
- • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations from concept to production
- • Certification in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or higher
