📋 Description

• Lead and ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation and support engagements across the State and Local Government segment.
• Drive business development by supporting execution of the segment strategy, evangelizing ServiceNow platform solutions internally, and promoting awareness of use cases and client opportunities.
• Support pre-sales activities including leading sales calls, developing proposals, and delivering client presentations to secure new engagements.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop sales strategies aimed at growing the ServiceNow practice within the State and Local Government sector.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts to build and scale a high-performing delivery team aligned with sales growth and engagement quality objectives.
• Be accountable for the overall quality of ServiceNow platform delivery execution, providing oversight and governance across all client engagements.
• Mentor junior team members in ServiceNow platform best practices, business analysis, and project management methodologies.
• Drive revenue growth for all ServiceNow solution offerings with an expectation of exceeding $2 million in revenue during the first year.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal segment teams to align on sales pursuits, resource capacity, and capability development.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with ServiceNow Account leads in the State and Local Government segment to co-manage joint sales pursuits.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership content and marketing materials to enhance market visibility and client engagement.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices, business levers, and ServiceNow product evolution specific to the State and Local Government sector.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring consistent delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Apply expertise in Agile Scrum or SAFe delivery standards to manage project lifecycles and team workflows effectively.
• Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly through exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to clients and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with ServiceNow Applications, including leading large client implementation and support engagements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Deep technical understanding of the ServiceNow Platform with expertise in multiple solution areas
• Active ServiceNow certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
• Expert business development skills and proven ability to manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
