- • As a ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant at NewRocket, you will lead and mentor a team of Senior Business Analysts to capture customer business processes and desired outcomes, driving enterprise-level HR transformation through ServiceNow solutions.
- • Day to day, you will facilitate executive-level workshops, lead customer process definition and mapping, collaborate with technical architects on implementation plans, oversee team development, and support project planning and delivery standards for ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, strengthen leadership and consulting skills, influence enterprise HR strategies, and grow as a trusted advisor guiding complex, multi-timezone implementations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a client-facing technical consultant customizing and deploying packaged software as a billable resource
- • In-depth functional expertise and leadership in ServiceNow HRSD suite of products with demonstrated ability to deliver HR program value
- • Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
- • Strong interpersonal, organizational, facilitation, and presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including executives
- • Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and leading multiple implementations from a customer strategy standpoint
- • ServiceNow HRSD Certification
