- • As a ServiceNow Lead Architect at Capita plc, you will lead the design and development of innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support both external customers and internal staff, playing a critical role in enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide technical guidance to development teams, evaluate and recommend new technologies, manage and mentor a team of business analysts, administrators, solution architects, and developers, and ensure platform alignment with business strategy.
- • You will join a large, innovative, and dedicated team within Capita plc, a multinational professional services organisation committed to delivering better outcomes through technology and people, operating across multiple sectors and geographies with a strong focus on inclusion and employee development.
