• • The ServiceNow Managing Consultant Engineer - Digital Velocity leads project teams and drives innovative solution design and implementation for ServiceNow platforms, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and platform best practices across multiple product lines such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and ITAM.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture, conducting technical discovery workshops, defining and governing platform architecture, providing architectural guidance for complex integrations, maintaining client relationships as a trusted Technical Advisor, and performing quality assurance on SOW requests and peer reviews of deliverables.
