You will be at the forefront of leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- • You will collaborate extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including technology teams, operations departments, and key business leaders. This cross-functional engagement is crucial for thoroughly understanding their requirements, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- • Your expertise will be applied to translate these complex business needs into elegant and effective ServiceNow solutions. This requires not only technical proficiency but also strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design configurations that are both powerful and user-friendly.

This includes leveraging the platform's extensive capabilities, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps modules, to create integrated solutions.

- • You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all platform configurations, customisations, and processes. Clear and accurate documentation is essential for knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and future development.
- • Engaging with end-users to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement will be a regular activity. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users will be vital.
- • You will contribute to the development and enforcement of ServiceNow governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organisational requirements.
- • Staying abreast of the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices will be essential. You will evaluate new functionalities and recommend their adoption where appropriate to enhance platform capabilities and drive innovation.
- • This role requires a strategic mindset, enabling you to anticipate future needs and proactively design solutions that support the company's long-term growth and digital transformation initiatives.
