ServiceNow Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• • Serve as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in regulatory compliance to design, implement, and optimize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for clients using the ServiceNow platform
• • Translate complex business requirements related to risk, controls, and regulatory compliance into integrated ServiceNow GRC solutions that align with client objectives
• • Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of ServiceNow GRC modules including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management
• • Configure and extend ServiceNow platform components to automate compliance workflows, integrate with external systems, and generate compliant reporting capabilities
• • Provide technical guidance and advisory on ServiceNow GRC best practices, including optimal architecture, module utilization, and compliance automation strategies
• • Design and implement compliance monitoring and reporting dashboards within ServiceNow to support audit readiness and regulatory oversight
• • Collaborate directly with client legal, risk, and compliance teams to interpret regulatory obligations and map them to ServiceNow functionality
• • Ensure all implemented solutions adhere to major compliance frameworks including NIST, NERC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS
• • Drive client engagements from discovery through deployment, ensuring solutions meet technical, operational, and compliance standards
• • Act as the primary technical authority on ServiceNow GRC capabilities during client meetings, workshops, and implementation phases
• • Maintain current knowledge of evolving regulatory landscapes and ServiceNow platform updates to ensure solution relevance and effectiveness
• • Support proposal development and solution scoping activities by articulating technical feasibility and compliance value of ServiceNow GRC configurations
• • Participate in client training sessions to enable internal compliance teams to effectively use and maintain deployed ServiceNow solutions
• • Ensure all project deliverables are aligned with federal and industry-specific compliance requirements, with a focus on public sector and regulated industries
• • Maintain documentation of solution designs, configurations, and compliance mappings for audit and governance purposes
