Services Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Services Engagement Manager at Notion, you will help customers unlock the full value of Notion by leading end-to-end services engagements that drive workflow transformation, AI adoption, and measurable business impact across enterprise organizations.
• • You will lead discovery, scoping, solution design, and delivery of complex services engagements from pre-sales through post-sales, serving as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders while coordinating with Account Executives, Solutions Consulting, Product, Engineering, and Partners to ensure successful outcomes.
• • You will join a forward-deployed, outcomes-driven Services team at Notion that partners with customers to redesign how work gets done by embedding Notion as the connective operating layer across knowledge, workflows, systems, and AI, with a focus on scalable, repeatable solutions.
• • You will develop expertise in AI-powered workflow transformation, enterprise change management, and services productization, while contributing to the growth of Notion’s Services function through repeatable methodologies, templates, and mentorship as the team scales.
