📋 Description

• • Services Product Manager role at Motorola Solutions focused on driving growth and value of the global services portfolio, particularly within the Video and Command Centre Software segment, by developing innovative service offers, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing global service strategies through market research and competitive analysis, executing commercial plans to drive revenue, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Support teams, analyzing service usage trends and KPIs for data-driven insights, managing stakeholder relationships with partners and vendors, leading end-to-end service launch projects, and communicating complex ideas persuasively to internal and external stakeholders.
• • The Services Offer Management team operates within Motorola's Global Services segment, responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Managed, Support & Professional services across all portfolios, with a mission to grow the business by creating services that complement Motorola's products to deliver comprehensive solutions for safer communities, schools, hospitals, businesses, and nations.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in service portfolio management, strategic pricing and packaging, cross-functional leadership, data-informed decision-making, and end-to-end product lifecycle management, while contributing to Motorola Solutions' mission of building safer communities through technology and gaining exposure to global service operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
