📋 Description
- • As a Field Service Technician for Solenis LLC, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, serving the Southern Germany region. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- • Your primary responsibility will involve conducting scheduled, contractually agreed-upon service visits to our diverse customer base. These visits are not just routine checks; they are opportunities to proactively identify potential issues, perform necessary maintenance, and ensure our clients' equipment operates at peak performance.
- • You will be tasked with executing a range of service tasks, including detailed technical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performing repairs on specialized equipment. This requires a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- • A key aspect of your role will be the installation of standard dosing units and mixing devices. This involves understanding the technical specifications of these units, ensuring they are correctly integrated into the client's existing systems, and providing initial guidance on their operation.
- • You will act as a direct technical point of contact for our clients, building trust and rapport through your expertise and reliable service. Your ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be vital.
- • This position demands a proactive mindset, where you are constantly looking for ways to add value to our clients' operations, whether through preventative maintenance, suggesting system upgrades, or optimizing existing setups.
- • You will be responsible for managing your service schedule effectively, ensuring all appointments are met and that travel time is optimized within your designated territory of Southern Germany.
- • The role requires meticulous record-keeping of all service activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and any recommendations made to the client. This documentation is essential for tracking service history, inventory management, and for providing comprehensive reports to both the client and internal management.
- • You will collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. This includes providing feedback on product performance, client needs, and potential areas for improvement.
- • The successful candidate will embody Solenis' commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, acting as a brand ambassador in the field.
- • You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest product developments, service techniques, and industry best practices to maintain a high level of technical proficiency.
- • This role offers a significant degree of autonomy, allowing you to manage your workload and territory effectively, while also being part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- • Your contributions will directly impact client retention and satisfaction, reinforcing Solenis' reputation as a leader in hygiene and cleaning solutions across various sectors including hospitality, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, retail, healthcare, and building services.
- • You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of the cleaning and hygiene systems that our clients depend on for their daily operations and overall success.
- • The opportunity to work with innovative technologies and contribute to sustainable solutions within the industry is a core component of this role.
- • You will be empowered to make decisions in the field, leveraging your technical expertise to provide the best possible service and solutions to our customers.
- • This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic field environment, enjoys technical problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- • You will be a key player in maintaining the high standards of hygiene and cleanliness that are essential for our clients' businesses and the well-being of their customers and employees.
- • The role involves regular travel within Southern Germany, requiring flexibility and a commitment to meeting client needs across the region.
- • You will be instrumental in the successful implementation and ongoing support of Solenis' advanced chemical, equipment, and sustainability programs.
- • Your technical skills and customer-facing abilities will be highly valued, contributing to the overall growth and success of Solenis in the German market.
