- • As a Service Technician (m/f/d) in Intralogistics for the Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, and Montabaur region, you will ensure the reliable operation of Kardex’s dynamic storage, provision, and distribution systems through on-site maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing electrical and mechanical repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults quickly, and providing customer support through on-site training and consultation, often working at heights up to 7 meters.
- • You will be part of Kardex Deutschland GmbH’s customer-oriented service team, operating from your home office with a company vehicle, serving clients across the Rhine-Main region as part of a global leader in intralogistics solutions with over 3,000 employees worldwide.
- • In this role, you will develop technical expertise in complex logistics systems, strengthen your customer service and problem-solving skills, and gain opportunities for professional growth through Kardex Academy training programs and internal career advancement paths.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed technical vocational training as an Industrial Electronics Technician, Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Installer, or Electronics Technician, or qualification as a certified electrical specialist with the ability to read electrical schematics and work with 1000V systems.
- • Valid Class B driver’s license and access to a company vehicle for regional service trips, with travel time counted as working time.
- • Proven ability to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- • Ideal candidate has prior experience in field service and is comfortable working at heights up to 7 meters.
