📋 Description
- • As a Service Technician for Heat Pumps at Galvany, you will play a key role in advancing climate-neutral living by installing, commissioning, and maintaining innovative heat pump systems for customers across Germany.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting installation partners with seamless integration into existing heating systems, providing on-site technical consultation, planning and optimizing hydraulic connections, diagnosing and resolving system faults, performing repairs in the field, documenting all work steps precisely, and delivering clear technical briefings to customers and partners.
- • You will work closely with project management and the technical team to ensure successful project execution, contributing directly to Galvany’s mission of making sustainable heating solutions accessible, reliable, and affordable.
- • Galvany is a profitable Greentech startup that recently secured a €10 million Seed funding round in spring 2026 with Set Ventures and AENU, driven by customer benefit, clarity, and responsibility. The company fosters an environment where employees take ownership and create sustainable value through high-quality heating solutions and innovative smart energy technologies.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in renewable energy technologies, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge heat pump and smart metering systems, and develop your skills in technical problem-solving, customer communication, and field service operations while contributing to the energy transition.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed training as an SHK plant mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK) or equivalent qualification
- • Solid knowledge in heating and heat pump technology
- • Reliable, self-directed work ethic with strong customer orientation
- • Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel within Germany using a company vehicle
- • Proficiency in digital tools such as mobile work reporting systems
- • Fluency in German (minimum B2/C1 level)
