- • As a Short-Form Video Growth Specialist at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving audience growth and engagement by creating high-impact, data-informed video content for global brands. Your work will directly influence brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion outcomes across key social platforms, making you a critical contributor to the company’s mission of connecting top talent with innovative employers through compelling visual storytelling.
- • You will be responsible for producing and optimizing short-form video content tailored to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring each piece is engineered for maximum reach and retention. This includes crafting compelling hooks, refining pacing, writing platform-specific captions, and maintaining brand consistency in visual identity and messaging across all outputs. You will support both organic and paid growth campaigns by aligning video assets with funnel objectives, collaborating closely with Marketing and Growth teams to ensure strategic cohesion.
- • Day-to-day, you will track video performance using native platform insights and Google Analytics, analyzing engagement, retention, and conversion metrics to inform rapid iteration and A/B testing of creative concepts, hooks, and formats. You will continuously experiment, learn, and optimize based on real-time data, turning insights into actionable improvements that scale audience growth. Your ability to move quickly from concept to publish, while maintaining high quality and attention to detail, will be essential.
- • You will operate within a fully remote environment, collaborating with US and UK-based teams across EST–PST time zones using Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana (or similar). This role demands strong self-direction, time management, and communication skills, as you will manage your own workflow while contributing to cross-functional initiatives. Prior remote work experience is mandatory, ensuring you can thrive in a distributed, fast-paced setting.

You will gain hands-on experience in performance-driven content experimentation, preparing you for senior roles in growth marketing, creative strategy, or social media leadership. 🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience creating and optimizing short-form video content for social media growth on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
