- • Lead and expand strategic partnerships across the semiconductor and AI infrastructure ecosystem, including foundries, ASIC providers, IP vendors, EDA companies, advanced packaging partners, and system-level infrastructure technology providers.
- • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecosystem partnership strategy aligned with the company’s silicon roadmap, product milestones, commercial priorities, and long-term platform goals.
- • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that enhance product execution, supply-chain resilience, technology differentiation, cost efficiency, and market credibility.
- • Serve as the primary external representative to senior executives at key semiconductor ecosystem partners, building trusted relationships and driving collaborative initiatives.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, product, legal, and finance teams to align technical requirements, commercial terms, program timelines, and partner deliverables.
- • Support licensing and partnership negotiations with IP and EDA vendors, ensuring alignment with product requirements, cost targets, and development roadmaps.
- • Evaluate partner capabilities across process technology, packaging, design services, verification, physical design, manufacturing readiness, and long-term technical support.
- • Build strategic relationships within the advanced packaging ecosystem, including CoWoS, 2.5D/3D integration, HBM, substrates, interposers, OSATs, and backend manufacturing partners.
- • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify supply chain risks and opportunities, and secure partner support for capacity planning, cost transparency, technical enablement, and production readiness.
- • Partner with business development, sales, marketing, and product teams to strengthen the company’s ecosystem narrative and market positioning through joint marketing, executive briefings, customer events, press releases, and industry conferences.
- • Develop messaging and materials that highlight the company’s technology differentiation, production readiness, roadmap strength, and supply-chain resilience to external audiences.
- • Prepare executive briefing materials, partnership proposals, negotiation positions, and internal alignment documents for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- • Represent the company in high-stakes partner meetings, industry forums, executive briefings, and strategic negotiations.
- • Act as a single point of coordination for high-priority strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- • Translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable partnership plans and roadmaps.
- • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across the silicon roadmap and drive resolution through ecosystem engagement.
- • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partnership progress, emerging opportunities, risks, and recommended strategic actions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, AI infrastructure, silicon partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, product management, or related roles
- • Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem including foundry, ASIC design, IP, EDA, advanced packaging, memory, substrate, OSAT, and system-level partners
- • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, legal, finance, sales, and marketing
- • Technical fluency in AI accelerators, SoCs, chiplets, advanced nodes, packaging, HBM, PCIe, Ethernet, and data center infrastructure
- • Proven ability to build trust with external partners and drive complex, multi-party initiatives
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive writing skills
