📋 Description

• • The Site Activation Manager is accountable for site activation project management and delivery activities within the CNS therapeutic area, ensuring timely and compliant study start-up across global sites.
• • Day to day, the role involves serving as the primary point of accountability for site activation and start-up activities, overseeing cross-functional efforts to meet milestones on time and within budget, managing tracking and reporting of site activation progress, partnering with project teams on feasibility and site qualification, communicating status and risks to sponsors and leadership, developing project plans, ensuring budget compliance, driving continuous improvement through SOP development and metrics, contributing to business development proposals, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, ICH GCP, and regulatory requirements.
