📋 Description
- • The Site Activation Specialist at Syneos Health plays a critical role in ensuring timely and compliant initiation of clinical trials at the country level, directly contributing to the acceleration of drug development and patient access to innovative therapies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing site start-up processes such as preparing and submitting regulatory applications to Ethics Committees and Competent Authorities, overseeing essential document collection, maintaining Trial Master File compliance, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and acting as a liaison between investigational sites and functional teams.
- • Syneos Health is a fully integrated life sciences services organization with a global presence, dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovation, collaboration, and a patient-centric approach, supported by a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in clinical trial regulatory affairs, project management, and cross-functional coordination, gaining hands-on experience in global site activation while developing leadership and problem-solving skills within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • Detailed understanding of clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP
- • Ability to understand clinical protocols and associated study specifications
- • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to manage multiple project budgets with increased complexity and value
