- • Manage the full lifecycle of Clinical Site Agreements and vendor contracts across the APAC region, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and tracking all contractual documentation.
- • Lead site contracting strategies for assigned clinical studies, ensuring alignment with study timelines and operational goals.
- • Negotiate and finalize site budgets in collaboration with Clinical Operations teams, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- • Serve as the primary client-facing point during the site contracting process, representing the organization in discussions with sponsors and clinical sites.
- • Ensure all contractual deliverables meet regulatory, legal, and operational standards within the life sciences industry.
- • Collaborate closely with global study teams to coordinate contract execution and resolve contractual issues impacting study timelines.
- • Maintain detailed records of all contracts, amendments, and correspondence to ensure audit readiness and process transparency.
- • Develop and implement contracting plans that standardize Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) and budget negotiation workflows across APAC.
- • Build and sustain strong relationships with clinical sites, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution.
- • Handle sensitive contractual and financial information with discretion and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple concurrent contracts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- • Execute time-sensitive contractual tasks with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance under tight deadlines.
- • Work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of accountability and proactive communication.
- • Utilize MS Office software and digital tools to manage contract databases, track milestones, and generate reports.
- • Participate in occasional domestic and international travel, including overnight stays, to support site visits or contract negotiations.
- • Ensure all contractual activities comply with company policies and applicable regional regulations in APAC markets.
- • Communicate effectively in English with global teams, sponsors, and clinical sites to clarify terms, resolve disputes, and align expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years’ experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts
- • Proven experience in site budget negotiation within the CRO, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry
- • Experience managing site contracting processes specifically within the APAC region
- • Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree with equivalent experience in legal, scientific, or healthcare disciplines
- • Demonstrated ability to interact with global institutions and clinical sites across APAC
- • Proficiency in MS Office software and digital contract management systems
