📋 Description
- • Manage site development and acquisition activities independently
- • Engage directly with landlords, local authorities, and external stakeholders
- • Negotiate agreements and support contract finalization
- • Organize and conduct site visits and in-person meetings
- • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, commercial)
- • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal tools
- • Contribute to improving development and acquisition processes
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in site acquisition, site development, telecommunications, real estate, or related fields
- • Strong autonomy and ability to manage field activities
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- • Valid driving license (Category B) and availability to travel by car
- • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools
- • Fluent Italian; working proficiency in English
