- • As a Site Manager for Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) in the US, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals seeking access to potentially life-saving treatments under expanded access, guiding them through the entire process from medical review to data collection and ensuring timely patient access to investigational medicines.
- • You will coordinate communication with physicians, pharmacists, clinical trial coordinators, sponsors, and internal teams; manage document exchange and patient data processing in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems; review documentation for discrepancies; and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Program Management, and Supply Chain to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth program execution.
- • You will support Program Managers by maintaining electronic Master Files, drafting and updating program documentation using departmental templates, and contributing to process improvements while ensuring high client satisfaction through proactive, detail-oriented, and patient-centric service.

🎯 Requirements
- • Have a (bio)medical degree or background
- • +2 years of relevant work experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Excel
- • Located in and available to work in EST hours
- • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is continuous
