📋 Description
- • As a Site Manager for Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) in The Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating access to potentially life-saving treatments for patients worldwide by serving as the main point of contact for healthcare professionals seeking treatment under expanded access.
- • You will guide healthcare professionals through the entire EAP process, including medical review and approval, regulatory compliance, ordering, shipment, and data collection, while acting as the primary liaison between clinical sites and internal/external stakeholders such as physicians, pharmacists, trial coordinators, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
- • You will manage document exchange, process patient data into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, identify discrepancies in documentation, collaborate with sites to meet regulatory requirements, and support Program Managers in maintaining electronic Master Files and improving program processes.
- • You will work within a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down treatment access barriers, leveraging an AI-powered platform to connect patients, healthcare providers, and BioPharma companies across 134 countries, with a mission to enable earlier and better treatment access.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in Expanded Access Program operations, regulatory affairs, cross-functional collaboration, and patient-centric service delivery, while contributing to a fast-growing scale-up that has supported over 17,000 patients and earned the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Have a (bio)medical degree or background
- • +2 years of relevant work experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Excel
- • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
