📋 Description

• As a Site Manager (HOP) at Deliveroo, you will play a critical role in driving the performance of a high-speed grocery delivery site, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team success in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading and motivating site teams, developing staff through training and coaching, maintaining health and safety compliance, managing inventory and stock accuracy, minimizing waste, supervising SOPs, ensuring accurate timekeeping, monitoring customer feedback, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to uphold Deliveroo’s reputation and improve operational performance.
• You will join the Deliveroo HOP team, which launched in September 2021 as the company’s speedy grocery delivery service, aiming to deliver groceries in as little as 10 minutes across a global three-sided marketplace serving millions of customers, riders, and partners.
• In this role, you will develop leadership and operational expertise, gain experience in KPI-driven performance management, strengthen your skills in team development and process optimization, and grow your career within a fast-moving, supportive, and innovative food-tech environment backed by DoorDash and Wolt.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of grocery experience
• Previous experience in leading a team of several direct reports
• Great knowledge of food safety and health and safety compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organised individual with strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with numbers (experience with Looker preferred)
