- • As a Site Merchandising Manager at Wisp, Inc., you will serve as the operational lead for site merchandising, product launches, promotional initiatives, and feature rollouts across the company’s DTC telehealth platform, ensuring every customer-facing experience is accurate, on-time, and optimized for conversion.
- • You will own site merchandising execution across homepage, category, and product pages, lead end-to-end execution for new product launches, manage the e-commerce intake queue, create and monitor promo codes, lead QA and UAT for site updates, and partner with Product and Engineering on feature rollouts to support onsite discoverability and SEO/AEO improvements.
- • Wisp is a growing, fully-remote team in the United States committed to putting healthcare back in patients’ hands by providing hassle-free sexual and reproductive care online, having scaled nationally and joined the WELL Health family while fostering a mission-driven, ownership-focused culture.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in e-commerce operations, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven merchandising decisions, and QA/UAT processes, enabling you to drive measurable impact on conversion rates, AOV, and customer experience while growing your leadership in digital health innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, growth operations, or site management, with strong preference for DTC or direct-to-patient environments
- • Hands-on experience managing site updates within a CMS or e-commerce platform and owning QA or UAT processes for customer-facing launches
- • Exceptionally organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent launches, track moving pieces across teams, and keep stakeholders aligned
- • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, translating execution needs into clear requirements, and knowing when to escalate versus solve independently
- • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret e-commerce performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, engagement, merchandising performance) to identify opportunities and recommend improvements

- • Fully-remote work arrangement within the United States
- • Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company improving access to sexual and reproductive healthcare
- • High levels of ownership, accountability, and personal growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- • Equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and a discrimination-free workplace
- • Chance to work with the WELL Health family and scale impact across a national patient base
