Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Site Reliability Engineer at Fireblocks, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the company’s digital asset custody and settlement platform, which is trusted by major financial institutions and Web3 companies worldwide.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include improving and establishing monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools like DataDog, Prometheus, and Splunk; handling critical incidents; conducting root cause analysis; collaborating with R&D and Support teams; documenting solutions in runbooks; and automating workflows using Python, Ansible, ArgoCD, and shell scripts.
• • You will join a newly established, mission-critical SRE team within Fireblocks Trust, dedicated to operational excellence and serving as the backbone of production systems for a platform that secures digital assets for global enterprises.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and blockchain workflows while gaining hands-on experience in high-stakes financial technology environments, with opportunities to lead incident response, drive system optimizations, and contribute to automation at scale.
