- • As a Site Reliability Engineer at Iron Mountain, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of mission-critical infrastructure that supports global customers in records management, data centers, and digital transformation.
- • Day to day, you will troubleshoot escalated tickets, provide technical support to internal and external customers, participate in critical incident calls as a subject matter expert, perform on-call rotations, manage Windows Server builds and backups, apply security patches, maintain system documentation, and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve system issues in alignment with SLAs.
- • You will join Iron Mountain’s Operations Group, a team dedicated to delivering sustainable, expert solutions in information management and data center services to 225,000+ global customers, where innovation and reliability are central to preserving data and enabling digital transformation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in hybrid infrastructure, automation, and enterprise systems management while developing strong customer-facing communication skills and gaining experience in ITIL-driven incident resolution within a large-scale, security-focused environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- • 5+ years of hands-on technical architecture experience with production-grade systems
- • Expert knowledge in Cloud, Virtualization, Network, Compute, and Storage
- • Advanced experience with Windows Server and required proficiency in Linux
- • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) or System Center
- • 3+ years of experience in Incident and Request Management (ITIL v3)
- • Proven ability to work with geographically distributed teams and coordinate issue resolution with third-party vendors
- • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a track record of engaging external customers
