• • As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining a robust, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure that underpins our innovative AI teammate product. You will operate across a multi-cloud environment, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to ensure the reliability and performance of our services.
• • Your primary responsibilities will involve architecting and implementing infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles across major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. This includes managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Argo and CircleCI, enabling swift and dependable software deployments.
• • You will be the guardian of our production Kubernetes clusters, ensuring their high availability, optimal resource utilization, and seamless scalability as our user base and service demands grow. This involves deep expertise in container orchestration and management.
• • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to administering and fine-tuning our cloud databases, including NoSQL solutions like MongoDB and Redis, as well as relational databases such as RDS. Your efforts will focus on maximizing performance, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining reliability.
• • Proactive issue detection and resolution are paramount. You will develop and implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions, utilizing tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and CloudWatch. The goal is to identify and address potential problems before they impact our users, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience.
• • Automation is at the core of our SRE philosophy. You will identify opportunities to automate routine operational tasks, thereby reducing manual toil, minimizing human error, and significantly enhancing overall system reliability and efficiency.
