📋 Description

• • As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Fireblocks Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the company’s digital asset platform, which is trusted by major financial institutions and Web3 companies worldwide.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include improving and establishing monitoring, alerting, and observability systems; handling critical alerts and incidents; conducting root cause analysis; collaborating with R&D and Support teams to optimize services; documenting solutions in runbooks; and automating workflows using Python, Lambda, shell scripts, ArgoCD, and Ansible.
• • The SRE team operates on a 'follow the sun' model across international locations to provide 24/7 coverage, and this fully remote role requires candidates to be located in the US Pacific time zone. The team is composed of experienced, independent individuals focused on delivering production excellence.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud infrastructure, observability tooling, and incident response while contributing to the stability of a high-scale blockchain platform. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure, and automation frameworks, positioning you as a trusted expert in SRE practices within the fast-evolving digital assets industry.
