- • As a Lead Engineer within the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) group at FICO, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the 24x7 operational excellence of our critical Cloud, SaaS, ASP, and hosted solutions. This is a pivotal role where you will leverage your deep technical expertise and proactive approach to maintain the stability, performance, and availability of our diverse technology stack.
- • You will be instrumental in supporting the full spectrum of our environments, encompassing Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and hosted web-based applications. Your responsibilities will extend to managing the day-to-day operations and overall stability of these environments, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed established procedures and best practices.
- • A core aspect of this role involves a strong customer-centric focus. You will be dedicated to preventing recurring issues, proactively identifying potential problems, and continuously enhancing our support processes to deliver an exceptional experience for our users and stakeholders.
- • Your contributions will be vital in driving continuous improvement across all operational processes and procedures. This includes identifying inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions, and implementing changes that elevate our service delivery standards.
