📋 Description
- • Develop and maintain customizations and websites on the Sitecore CMS platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards
- • Contribute to and create user stories for complex product features, guiding team members in story development and delivery
- • Organize and lead feature review sessions for complex business issues, documenting decisions and coaching newer team members on feature implementation
- • Create functional designs that address complex business processes or product requirements, leveraging moderate technical expertise
- • Configure and develop within the Sitecore CMS environment, reviewing and verifying the operation of new vendor release features
- • Apply Sitecore defect resolution procedures and support tools to diagnose and resolve platform issues efficiently
- • Engage in full-time pair-programming and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to build websites using Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) for Headless sites
- • Develop React.js-based client applications for Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) Headless implementations
- • Support module and integration testing for all but the most complex projects, ensuring quality and reliability of deliverables
- • Manage issues and blockers for assigned features and product stories, ensuring timely resolution and progress
- • Evaluate proposed software products against strategic corporate and vendor direction using knowledge of integrated requirements
- • Provide training and knowledge sharing to other team members and users to enhance team bench strength and cross-functional capability
- • Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple business processes and applications, offering technical support and guidance to business and technical teams
- • Collaborate with business groups and technical teams to resolve cross-functional technology issues and improve system performance
- • Stay informed on Sitecore feature roadmaps and participate in developer communities to influence future platform direction
- • Maintain awareness of integrated requirements and ensure development efforts align with corporate and vendor strategic objectives
- • Adhere to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to support efficient and reliable software delivery
- • Utilize C# and Microsoft .NET frameworks to implement backend logic and functionality within the Sitecore ecosystem
- • Apply organizational and planning skills to manage multiple development tasks and priorities effectively
- • Demonstrate problem resolution skills by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions for technical and business challenges
