Agency Analytics Inc. is seeking individuals with firsthand entrepreneurial experience to contribute to a groundbreaking project: training the next generation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. As large-scale language models evolve, they are poised to become invaluable tools for entrepreneurs, assisting with everything from daily operations and strategic planning to financial management and customer engagement. The quality and real-world applicability of these AI systems depend heavily on the data they are trained on, and that's where your expertise comes in. We need your practical, hard-won business knowledge to help shape AI that truly understands and supports the unique challenges faced by Very Small Business (VSB) owners.
• This project is ideal for individuals who have owned or co-owned businesses across a diverse spectrum of industries. We are actively looking for insights from sectors such as retail, e-commerce, professional services (including consulting, legal, and accounting), technology and software development, hospitality and food and beverage, healthcare and wellness, creative arts and media, construction and trades, and many other small business domains. Whether you are a budding entrepreneur just starting out or a seasoned business veteran with years of operational experience, your perspective on day-to-day decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking is highly valued. Your insights will directly influence how AI systems perceive and interact with the complexities of the small business landscape.
• In this engaging role, your primary responsibility will be to interact with AI models by presenting them with realistic small business scenarios and operational challenges. You will meticulously evaluate the AI's outputs across various critical business functions. This includes assessing responses related to budgeting and financial planning, pricing strategies, marketing campaign development, hiring and staffing decisions, vendor management and procurement, customer communication and service, and navigating basic compliance requirements. A key aspect of your work will be to determine whether the AI's suggestions are practical, feasible, and aligned with the actual operational constraints and decision-making processes of Very Small Businesses. You will be instrumental in identifying instances where AI models oversimplify complex trade-offs or fail to account for the limited resources that are characteristic of VSB environments.
• Beyond evaluating outputs, you will play a crucial role in the AI's learning process by capturing reproducible error traces when the model's responses are inaccurate, impractical, or nonsensical. You will provide structured, actionable feedback to help refine prompts, improve evaluation criteria, and enhance the overall real-world applicability of the AI. This might involve suggesting alternative phrasing for prompts, clarifying desired outcomes, or highlighting specific business contexts that the AI needs to better understand. Your ability to articulate your thought process and the rationale behind your business decisions will be essential in guiding the AI towards more sophisticated and contextually relevant responses.
