- • The Small Group Sales Representative works with agents and consultants to sell Ancillary Group insurance products to new and existing accounts with 2–50 eligible employees, playing a key role in expanding Humana’s market presence and driving revenue through strategic broker partnerships.
- • Day to day, the role involves achieving or exceeding personal sales targets, developing and maintaining brokerage relationships, tracking activities in CRM, collaborating with sales and client executives, implementing new sales initiatives, mentoring team members, coordinating across departments, building brand presence, identifying strategic relationships, and occasionally supporting case setup and enrollment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
- • 2+ years’ experience selling group insurance
- • Experience selling Dental, Vision and other Ancillary products
- • Experience building relationships with brokers
- • Consultative selling background and experiences
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Business and Financial Acumen
- • Valid State Health and Life insurance licenses
- • Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance
- • Ability to occasionally travel to meet with brokers and team members
