Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the small business sector, consistently exceeding your monthly sales quotas.   • **Master Persuasive Communication and Value Articulation:** Success in this role hinges on your ability to communicate complex value propositions in a clear, compelling, and tailored manner. You will develop a deep understanding of each prospect's unique challenges and business context, crafting messages that resonate and influence decision-making. This involves not just presenting features, but articulating the tangible benefits and ROI that EasyLlama's innovative platform delivers, ultimately helping businesses build safer, more positive, and inclusive workplaces.
  • **Become a Product and Industry Expert:** You will be expected to develop a comprehensive expertise in EasyLlama's suite of products, understanding their capabilities, benefits, and how they address the specific needs of small businesses. This knowledge will empower you to conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations that effectively showcase how our solution solves unique prospect pain points.   • **Own the Full Sales Cycle with Decisiveness:** This position requires you to manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting and lead qualification through to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing the deal. You will need to make confident, timely decisions to maintain momentum, navigate potential roadblocks, and ensure a smooth progression of opportunities through the pipeline, even in dynamic or uncertain market conditions.
  • **Maintain Rigorous Pipeline Management and Forecasting:** Accurate pipeline management and CRM hygiene are critical for success. You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date and detailed record of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within our CRM system. This ensures visibility for forecasting, allows for proactive strategy adjustments, and demonstrates accountability for your territory's performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering consistent results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities and proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Motivated, adaptable, and excited to work in a collaborative, remote team environment.
