- • As an SMB Account Executive at Zendesk, you will drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new small and medium-sized business customers, leveraging AI-powered strategies for pipeline development and account expansion.
- • You will manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention by personalizing outreach and automating workflows through AI tools, while leading complex sales cycles with data-driven, tailored solutions.
- • Zendesk is on a mission to power exceptional service for every person on the planet, using AI-informed solutions to transform interactions into authentic human connections and empower organizations to deliver outstanding customer experiences at scale.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-driven sales, build trusted customer relationships, co-create AI transformation roadmaps, and grow your impact as a trusted advisor and thought leader in AI-powered sales excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience in SaaS with a proven record of exceeding targets
- • Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss AI product architecture and integrations in consultative conversations
- • Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in managing high-volume opportunities and forecasting using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- • Willingness to travel as needed
